Sri Pathirakaliamman Temple, also called Kali Amman Temple, is Pangkor Island’s only Hindu temple and the only Indian shrine in Malaysia facing the sea. It was recently rebuilt and reopened, offering a beautiful view of the ocean. During the month of Massi, devotees from all over Malaysia come to celebrate Kali’s birthday at this temple. It is conveniently located near the jetty, within walking distance.
