You must arrive at the Marina Island Jetty at least 45 minutes prior to time of departure as specified on your ticket.
There will not be a replacement of ticket if you have missed the scheduled ferry due to whatsoever reason. A new ticket is to be purchased in order to board another ferry.
Date and time for a ticket purchased cannot be changed. A new ticket is to be purchased for the new intended date and time.
The ticket is purchased under the name of the passenger. If the passenger is unable to travel, the ticket cannot be used by a different passenger. A new ticket must be purchased under the new passenger’s name.
Ticket cannot be cancelled and ticket sold is not refundable.

Due to Mother Nature of water tides and weather condition and or mechanical/ technical error of ferries, ferry schedule may change at the discretion of management. If you have purchased the ticket, please check for the latest ferry schedule prior to your travel to Marina Island Jetty.

Ticket that you purchase online will be emailed to you at the email address that you have entered during your purchase online. Therefore, it is important that you ensure that the email entered, is correct or valid email. The file is in PDF format.
You may use the ticket on your mobile phone to check-in at the Boarding Gate. Otherwise, you may print out the ticket and present the ticket at the Boarding Gate to enter. If you do not have the printed ticket that you have purchased online or E-Ticket at all, you may print the ticket at the Ticketing Counter at a cost of RM2.00 per ticket. You do not have to obtain or claim for a boarding pass at the ticketing counter. The ticket itself is the official boarding pass, as long as the ticket is still valid.
At the Check-In point for boarding, the QR code on the ticket will be scanned. Once scanned, the ticket is considered used and becomes invalid for another departure of the same.
Make sure you have required information prepared such as Name, contact number, / IC/ MyKad / MyKid / Passport number, date of birth and gender.
At Marina Island Jetty, you may borrow wheelchair from our Ticketing Counter.
Unfortunately, cannot. The ticket purchased is for passenger and the ferry is a passenger ferry.

All parking areas are within walking distance. We suggest that you DROP OFF and UNLOAD your luggage and other travelers/ passengers/ senior citizens/ pregnant ladies, at our “LOADING BAY”. The driver then park the car.
No. Pets are not allowed into the ferry.
